You might have elastic nipples. And nobody told you this was a thing.

A note on wearable compatibility
Most inserts are designed for standard flanges. Wearable pump compatibility is hit-or-miss. BeauGen works with some Elvie and Momcozy models; Pumpin' Pals does not fit most wearables. When to Re-Measure (Your Size Will Change)
Your breast pump flange size is not a fixed number. It shifts — sometimes gradually, sometimes fast enough that what worked on Monday pinches by Friday.
